"Tea Party"

Calling this title "Tea Party" because this would be my uniform if I were to attend a tea party. . . Every summer I say I'm going to have an all gals tea party, midsummer nights dream party, or summer picnic under the stars and it never happens. I need to change that this year and wear this!!!
