"LA Christmas"

Well this seems a bit silly as we are in January but the Holidays just really get away from me. Anyone else? And I mean that in the best way possible. . . The movies, the laughter, the games with family, the cocktails ;) and the baked goods. I just took our tree and decor down yesterday and it crushed me! It looked so whimsical and enchanting lit up in our little cottage at night. I titled this LA christmas because our weather is usually anything but winter weather, which is why a simple blouse and maxi skirt in muted tones would be a very common look for me on any day in December because of our climate. The irony is the day Im writing this post its pouring rain out! We need it. And yes I would dance in the rain in this get-up. Happy New Year Guys!

You have no idea how thrilled I am that Los Angeles has a Grace Loves Lace store now! I have been a fan of this Australian Brand since the get-go. After already finding my wedding dress at Claire Pettibone, I knew I couldn't let the wedding planning process end without a trip to Grace Loves Lace. It turns out they also have a sister brand called For The Love of Grace which are ready to wear dresses like you see here. Having still a need to purchase a bachelorette and rehearsal dinner dress, I jumped at the opportunity. The two I purchased were the long pink and short black...
