" A Midsummer Nights Dream"

I had my first dinner party ever this summer. You know I love a theme, and i have always been inspired by William Shakespeare's Midsummer Nights Dream, mainly because of the fairies, mermaids, sparkle, and costume. I told some of my closest girlfriends to come over for a vegan potluck and to dress the part. We drank Rose' and Prosecco. We enjoyed eggplant, quinoa cranberry salad, cashew cheese cauliflower, fried potatoes, arugula, and a custom vegan chocolate cheesecake. We laughed and danced with sparklers in my tiny backyard. I had the pleasure of crossing paths with the angelic Cindy Ellis over the weekend. It's amazing what social media can do and how it can bring like minds together.
